Accepted Payments:

Payment in full is due on auction day by cash, check, or certified funds. Internet buyer’s payment is due the first business day following the sale (Monday for a Saturday sale) via check in the mail or wire transfer. Payment is required prior to picking up any purchases. Credit cards will also be accepted with a 5% fee charged to the buyer. Credit card deposits are non refundable.

Preview:

Items can be previewed the day prior to the auction from 9-5. Contact Walnut Grove for an appointment to view an item outside of this time frame.

Loading / Removal:

All items must be removed within 7 days of the auction date, unless special arrangements have been made with Walnut Grove Auction. Load out assistance is offered at no charge on the day of the auction (after the sale). Loading assistance in the days following the sale will need to be arranged with Walnut Grove Auction to ensure a representative will be on site to assist. Paid for items may be picked up with no assistance or supervision by Walnut Grove Auction.

Special Terms:

All property sells as is where is with all faults, with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, models, size, mileage & hrs. unverified and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection prior to the auction. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Walnut Grove Auction & Realty may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Walnut Grove Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Walnut Grove Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Walnut Grove Auction & Realty provides online internet bidding through Equipment Facts, which is a hired 3rd party contracted service. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Walnut Grove Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Walnut Grove Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Walnut Grove Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

You will receive confirmation from a representative with Walnut Grove Auction that you are the winning bidder, and that you can come pick up your item. Please wait for confirmation, or contact Walnut Grove Auction prior to arriving at the sale site for loading an item. The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sales, combinations thereof or as a whole.
